It was revealed earlier this month that double bankrupt Katie, 45, is set to leave her £2m Horsham property after being served an eviction notice.

The debris sits on muddy ground surrounded by overgrown bushes, next to a fleet of vehicles including her infamous pink Range Rover.
Katie’s Mucky Mansion has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.
And a letter, seen by The Sun, was reportedly pinned to a fence outside the property ordering Katie to leave later this month.
It reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”
The notice, issued on April 24, says all occupants of the house will be evicted at 10am on May 29 and warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.

But despite the legal notices, Katie insists it isn’t happening.
Speaking on the latest episode of her The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie told sister Sophie: “My house isn’t being repossessed, I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that.
“I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine.”
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.
She was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
Despite her debts, The Sun revealed this week how Katie is moving into a sprawling £3,750-a-month country pile.
A mucky ordeal
A timeline of Katie’s years in her Mucky Mansion:

2019 – She’s declared bankrupt over unpaid debts of £3.2 million
September 2022 – Septic tank on the property leaks
August 2023 – Katie’s Mucky Mansion show axed and she reveals she’s renting out the Horsham home for £6,000-a-month
October 2023 – HMRC demand repayment for debts
March 2024 – Katie declared bankrupt for a second time over unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05

May 2024 – The mum-of-five is issued with an eviction notice

She previously told pals she was moving into a caravan because she was too broke to pay the eye-watering bill.
But she is actually renting a 1.5-acre converted barn with six bedrooms, four reception rooms, three bathrooms, a separate studio and a detached triple garage.
An insider said: “It’s no secret Katie is having to move out, but she’s keen to keep it under wraps where she is going.
“She’s found a really nice place to stay, which may surprise people.
“It’ll be the perfect pad to help her get back on her feet and she will be staying there with her kids and new man JJ Slater.”
