KATIE Price has again dodged a court appearance over her monster debts.
The ex-glamour model had been due to appear in front of a judge yesterday to plead to be allowed to keep her mansion.
Katie Price was missing in court yesterday as her legal woes rumble on
She said she has been legally signed off and is having outpatient therapy treatment at The Priory
But The Sun can reveal the case has now been put back to July 30.
Katie, 45, was expected to tell the court how she intends to pay off a monster tax bill.
She previously revealed she had been “legally signed off” from attending bankruptcy hearings by a psychiatrist and a consultant doctor at The Priory clinic.
She insisted on her podcast: “The court knew that I wasn’t going to my bankruptcy because mentally I have been signed off from any kind of activity of the court. To be cross examined in front of the media and the public.
“I am taking my bankruptcy so serious, like I do everything else, it is a very serious situation that I am in.”
Katie added when speaking to her sister Sophie: “So there is another court hearing and I won’t be going to that either. I want everyone to know.”
Two months ago Katie was made bankrupt for the second time over £760,000 she owes to HMRC.
She missed the court hearing, and it was revealed she told lawyers less than 24 hours before that she couldn’t attend.
Now signs have gone up at her home revealing she is set to be evicted by her creditors.
Katie had been scheduled to appear before an insolvency judge in London.
She has repeatedly failed to attend hearings.
The reality TV star – who has a new boyfriend – is battling to save her £2m Sussex “Mucky Mansion” after running up debts.
Katie was expected to tell the court how she plans to meet her debts and could be ordered to flog the place.
Her second bankruptcy order will stay in place for at least a year.
But we can reveal she’s yet to be released from her 2019 bankruptcy imposed over unpaid tax and mortgage bills.
And this is because she’s not cooperated with a trustee put in place to help her clear her monster debts which total more than £3m.
Her discharge has been suspended indefinitely.
Government guidance reveals: “You will be freed from bankruptcy (discharged) after 12 months. This ends the bankruptcy restrictions and releases you from most of the debts you had when the bankruptcy order was made.
“Your bankruptcy can be extended for longer than 12 months if you do not cooperate with your trustee.
“Check your discharge date using the Individual Insolvency Register on our website. If your discharge status is “suspended indefinitely” you need to contact the official receiver for an update.”
