BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing viewers have all expressed the same sentiment regarding Vicky Pattison and Kai Widdrington’s departure.

The pair found themselves facing elimination in Sunday’s (November 16) dance-off against Balvinder Sopal and her professional partnerJulian Caillon.

The judging panel of Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke were unanimous in their decision to keep Balvinder and Julian.

Nevertheless, viewers believe Vicky and Kai’s musical selection ultimately determined their downfall as they performed a Jive to Girls Aloud’s chart-topping track Sound of the Underground.

Flocking to X, previously Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Vicky and Kai were done dirty unfortunately, that song choice just made it so bloody difficult for her to succeed #strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”, reports Wales Online.

Vicky and Kai have missed out on a spot in Blackpool Week

“I’m so sorry I didn’t get you to Blackpool but I feel like I’ve won just by having you as my partner and I’m so grateful. I’ll miss everybody. I enjoyed it loads more than I thought I was going to.

“And I know I let my nerves get in the way – Shirley, you are right – and I will proper beat myself up over that. But I’ve never danced before sober and here I am – sober as a judge!”.
