But on Saturday Jaden Smith assumed a more humble role – as a Woolworths checkout assistant.
The 20-year-old actor and rapper stunned shoppers and delighted fans as he took up position at a bespoke checkout that had been kitted out with his product.

JUST Water, which is fully recyclable and made from 82 per cent renewable resources, will be launched at Woolworths and 7-Eleven this week.
To promote his new product, Jaden donned a Woolworths lanyard, a button-up shirt and a typically striking pair of pink glasses.
The Karate Kid star appeared somewhat rusty at his new responsibilities as he got to grips with scanning the water bottles.
Fighting his first day jitters on the supermarket shop floor, Jaden limbered up while telling the camera ‘I feel like I need to come out of my shell a little.’
But he seemed more at home educating a young customer about the benefits of his product.
‘It’s 82 per cent renewable resources – it’s not based on petroleum-based products,’ he proudly explained.

The quirky young entrepeneur has been on a whistle-stop of Melbourne since he landed in Australia on Thursday.
He showcased his quirky style in a hooded jumper with floral trousers as he arrived at Channel Ten’s studios to appear on The Project on Friday.
Jaden then told host Waleed Aly his father is a ‘super cool dad.’
He has also admitted that even he finds some of his fashion choices a bit strange.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph the young rapper said: ‘[My style] is crazy. Avant-garde in a way. Sometimes I shave half of my head. I’m so confused by myself.’
